AYOMCO is seeking a dedicated and qualified Safety Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of workplace safety for our projects in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with safety regulations and fostering a secure environment for all employees, especially in demanding settings like Aramco projects and shipyard operations.
Position Details:
- Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
- Salary Range: 4000 SAR to 6000 SAR for 8 hours daily + overtime

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with Aramco and shipyard safety regulations and protocols.
- Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks to team members.
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment, ensuring it meets required standards.
- Investigate and report accidents, near-misses, and incidents, recommending preventative actions.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to address safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in safety supervision, particularly in Aramco projects and shipyard environments (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, procedures, and certifications applicable to industrial projects.
- Ability to develop and implement effective safety plans and policies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid transferable Iqama.
