Hiring Finance Manager for a reputed group in Kuwait.
Location: Kuwait (with UAE & KSA oversight)
Job Purpose
Oversee financial planning, analysis, reporting, compliance, and strategic advisory for Group’s diverse portfolio, including Health & Beauty Services, F&B, E-commerce & Retail in Kuwait and UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, analysis, reporting, compliance, and advisory.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management
- Manage finance teams and mentor across locations.
- Financial accounting (IFRS) and strong understanding of UAE & KSA labor law, taxation and other regulations (mandatory)
- Support diverse business units (Healthcare, F&B, Retail, etc.).
- Oversee payment process and deal relationships with Banks
- Drive system optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting (master’s preferred) + CPA/CMA/ACCA (preferred).
- 8–10 years of finance experience (3+ Team handling experience mandatory).
- Proficient in ERP systems – Odoo/SAP/Oracle, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Strong leadership with industry experience. Excellent English & Arabic communication skills mandatory for this role.
