A reputed IT Company in Saudi Arabia looking for a talented and experienced Data Center Operations Engineer to play a key role in managing and optimizing their data center operations. This role demands expertise in multi-tenant services and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to deliver efficient and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough solution analysis for data center projects.
- Work with multi-tenant data center service providers, ensuring seamless operations.
- Manage and maintain systems including electrical, mechanical, FAS, FMS, physical security, and IBMS.
- Provide insights into data center engineering and feasibility assessments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to understand and address requirements effectively.
Required Skills and Experience
- Diploma or ITI certification in a technical field with 3–5 years of experience in a Tier 3 certified multi-tenant data center.
- Proficiency in ISP, Telecom, or ITSM domains.
- Basic understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of ISMS, ITSM standards, PCI-DSS, and ITIL V3 frameworks.
- Experience in conducting feasibility studies and validating data center solutions.
