- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in contracting companies, with a proven track record in civil drafting and design.
- Joining Requirement: Must be able to join within 10 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints for civil projects, including layouts and structural designs.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop technical designs that meet project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with construction codes, standards, and regulations.
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate and precise drafts.
- Review designs for accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain and update project documentation and drawings.
- Assist in site inspections and project coordination when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
- Excellent technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
- Transferable Iqama is required for candidates already in Saudi Arabia.
