Job Role Description

Communication Skills:
  • Effective verbal and written communication with employees, clients, and vendors, requiring clear and professional communication
Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with office software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and other office management tools is essential. This includes Experience in making PowerPoint presentations, software knowledge of SAP for Purchase Requisition (PR) creation and store reservations.
Organizational Skills:
  • Keeping the office running smoothly involves managing schedules, filing systems, and office supplies. Strong organizational skills ensure efficiency and productivity.
Time Management:
  • Balancing multiple tasks and deadlines is a common challenge. Good time management skills help prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Capable of scheduling and tracking meetings and appointments, booking flights, and handling business travel arrangements.
