Inner Works Express, a logistics provider specializing in optimizing supply chains with IT, warehousing, distribution, and e- commerce solutions in Kuwait is hiring Customer Service Agents!
As a Customer Service Agent, your role would be to:
- Provide a professional and courteous service to all our customers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Process shipments in timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Diploma/ in any field
- Bilingual fluency (Both Arabic & English)
- Excellent communication skills
Place : Dajeej, Farwaniya, Kuwait
Timings : 9am to 5pm (6 days a week)
