A trading and contracting compnay in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage our upcoming infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, deep knowledge of Royal Commission regulations, and strong leadership abilities to ensure the successful execution of the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Ensure compliance with the Royal Commission’s regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and implement best practices for project execution.
- Maintain effective communication in both English and Arabic with all parties involved.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management in KSA.
- In-depth knowledge of Royal Commission project regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Transferable residency (Iqama).
- Ability to handle complex projects and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
