A company founded in Dammam Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, providing their staggering & professional services since 1996, is seeking a qualified and motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and streamline supply chain activities. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.  

Job Details

  • Position: Supply Chain Coordinator
  • Experience Required: 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics management.
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • Salary Range: SAR 2,200 – 2,500

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate all supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  • Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all supply chain processes.
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and vendor agreements.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships.
  • Problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected supply chain challenges.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, procurement processes, and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations and supply chain performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
