A company founded in Dammam Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, providing their staggering & professional services since 1996, is seeking a qualified and motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and streamline supply chain activities. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.
Job Details
- Position: Supply Chain Coordinator
- Experience Required: 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics management.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
- Salary Range: SAR 2,200 – 2,500
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and coordinate all supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all supply chain processes.
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and vendor agreements.

- Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.

- Knowledge of inventory control, procurement processes, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with logistics operations and supply chain performance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
