Steel Masters Bahrain is looking for an experienced and dynamic retail sales representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in our retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Skills: Strong sales and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and approachable, with excellent communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Candidates of Filipino or Indian nationality are preferred for this position.
