Key Job Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring HR policies are followed.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and assist with employee development programs.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and address employee queries.
- Assist in payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support HR strategy by implementing initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Prepare HR reports and analyse data to recommend improvements.
Basic Career Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-6 years in HR, with a focus on employee relations and HR operations.
