We are urgently seeking a skilled Electrical Draftsman to join our team. If you have experience in creating detailed electrical designs and shop drawings, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities of Electrical Draftsman
- Develop shop drawings based on project specifications and IFC drawings for consultant approval.
- Create detailed designs for building layouts, including lighting, power, fire alarm systems, UPS, and ELV systems.
- Design and draft cable tray layouts, calculate cable sizes, and prepare voltage drop tabulations.
- Generate section, elevation, and installation detail drawings for electrical systems and cable trays.
- Prepare as-built drawings and O&M manuals for electrical services upon project completion.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Bills of Material and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate designs and secure drawing approvals.
- Utilize AutoCAD 2D and 3D MAX software to produce high-quality technical drawings.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical drafting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD 2D and 3D MAX software.
- Proven ability to create precise and clear technical drawings based on input from engineers and clients.
- Prior experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and hotel projects is highly preferred.
