We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Engineer (Quality Control Engineer) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Ensure all products comply with drawings and specifications.
- Conduct operational tests of units as required.
- Perform in-process and final inspections, as well as performance testing of all products.
- Raise observations or NCRs for identified issues related to production processes or materials, coordinating with the QA Engineer.
- Participate in FMEA processes, prepare 8D reports, and investigate product failures.
- Ensure safety requirements are properly followed by direct reports.
- Highlight and suggest improvements related to quality and productivity.
- Prepare Inspection Test Plans in coordination with team leaders.
- Conduct factory acceptance tests with clients.
- Implement and maintain safety regulations per organizational requirements.
- Inspect and report non-conformances accurately, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and work standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control processes and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inspection and testing procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
