We Al Tebah General Contracting Co., Kuwait is looking Electrical Engineer.
Job Description
- Install and configure Rectifiers, UPS, and Inverter systems.
- Able to work for data center electrical infrastructure asper MEW regulations.
- Conduct on-site surveys (OSM) to finalize power requirements.
- Manage implementation progress and coordinate with teams and customers for acceptance.
- Calculate backup hours and optimize power requirements for sites.
- Perform cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, and load distribution.
- Work with Medium Voltage Switchgear systems.
- Operate and maintain Diesel Generators and Air Conditioners.
- Understand telecom site topology for effective daily progress monitoring and issue resolution.
- Evaluating electrical systems, control systems, design and installations.
- Working with high, medium and low voltage distribution systems.
- Confirming systems and components’ capabilities by designing testing methods and procedures.
- Testing installed systems, ensuring functionality and systems meet the designed intent.
- Providing engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Ensure electrical systems are installed and operating in compliance with national electrical codes and state regulations.
- Collaborating with other engineering disciplines across a project.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in electrical calculations and design tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective team coordination and communication skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards for telecom sites.
- Ability to work under pressure
Required Qualifications
- Degree in electrical engineering from a reputed university
- Shall have membership of Kuwait Society of Engineers
- Minimum 7-year Experience (Preference will be given for candidate with telecom relevant experience)
- Visa 18 (transferable)
- 9 hours duty, with Friday off.
