We are hiring an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising civil works, managing teams, and ensuring project quality and deadlines are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Schedule and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Resolve any on-site issues and report progress to project managers.
- Conduct inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards.
Requirements
- Location: Work across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
- Driving License: Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Salary Package
- SAR 4,000 (Total package based on qualifications and experience).
