The company is seeking to hire an HR Assistant to join its professional team in the field of human resources management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in recruitment processes and candidate selection.
  • Maintain and regularly update employee records.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Prepare periodic reports related to HR activities.
  • Assist in managing payroll, contracts, and benefits.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
