Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support in recruitment processes and candidate selection.
- Maintain and regularly update employee records.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Prepare periodic reports related to HR activities.
- Assist in managing payroll, contracts, and benefits.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
