A general contracting company based in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Work Permit Receiver (WPR) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site work complies with safety regulations and work permit requirements. This role involves close coordination with site supervisors and project managers to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and issue work permits in compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure all job site activities adhere to established safety protocols.
- Coordinate with site supervisors to verify work readiness.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of work permits.
- Monitor high-risk activities and provide guidance to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work permits and related safety measures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Work Permit Receiver, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and work permit systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Certification in safety or relevant training is a plus.
