A reputed hotel chain is looking for a dedicated and experienced AC Technician to support the seamless operation of air conditioning systems across our hotel located in Bahrain. Your expertise will ensure our guests enjoy the comfort and excellence we are known for.

Job Responsibilities

 Install and Set Up Systems 

  • Install air conditioning units in guest rooms, public areas, and other spaces as required.
  • Ensure proper setup and placement for optimal cooling and heating. 

Maintain and Repair Equipment 

  • Perform regular maintenance, including cleaning filters, inspecting electrical components, and checking refrigerant levels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and downtime.

Monitor Performance  

  • Keep systems running efficiently by monitoring performance and adjusting settings as necessary.
  • Track energy usage and recommend ways to improve efficiency.

Assist Guests and Ensure Comfort

  • Respond to AC-related concerns from guests promptly and professionally.
  • Provide effective solutions to maintain a comfortable environment throughout the property.

Record and Report  

  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts used. 
  • Report significant issues or repairs to the maintenance manager. 

Ensure Safety and Compliance

  • Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines, especially when handling refrigerants and electrical components.
  • Ensure all installations meet local regulations and hotel policies.

Collaborate with Teams  

  • Work closely with housekeeping and front desk teams to resolve AC issues without disrupting guest services.
  • Assist with system upgrades or renovations as needed.

Emergency Support  

  • Be available for urgent repairs, particularly in guest rooms or critical areas during peak periods.

Stay Updated  

  • Learn about the latest HVAC technologies and energy-saving solutions.
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
