BAK Group a leading business group based in Bahrain is looking for an experienced and dedicated Asphalt Equipment Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of asphalt machinery, including Milling Machines, Pavers, Pneumatic Rollers, and Bobcat systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and enhancing the overall performance of our machinery fleet.

Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Perform detailed inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of asphalt equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Technical Support: Provide hands-on support to the operations team, ensuring all machinery is operating at peak efficiency.
- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for staff on proper equipment handling and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for spare parts procurement, equipment upgrades, and warranty services.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with asphalt equipment, including pavers, rollers, and Bobcat machinery.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical circuits, and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry safety protocols and best practices.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
