Urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The role involves overseeing a multi-storey building project, with responsibilities both on-site and in the office. Candidates must have a valid Bahraini driving license and extensive knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of GCC experience, specifically in multi-storey building projects.
- Location: Must currently reside in Bahrain.
- License: Valid Bahraini driving license is mandatory.
- Availability: Immediate joining is required.
- Education: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans, timelines, and specifications.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, site reports, and material usage.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Safety Management: Implement and enforce health and safety measures on-site.
