Looking for an experienced and dedicated IT Supervisor, preferably with a background in the hospitality industry, to join immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless technology operations, and providing support to all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
- Manage user support and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure the security of the IT systems by implementing best practices for data protection and access control.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and solutions.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports for management.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Train staff on IT systems and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends to recommend upgrades and improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
