Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals, ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.
- Oversee large projects and interpret performance reports.
- Manage all administration related to plant activities.
- Oversee all operations, including production, supply chain management, and quality control.
- Ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently, aligning operations with the strategic goals of the company.
- Create and implement strategies for business growth.
- Develop a strategic plan for optimized productivity.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.

- Proven success in a managerial role.
- Knowledge in Finance, Operations, and Marketing.
