We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Bahrain. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world-class hospitality environment and ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems.
Position Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems throughout the hotel.
- Ensure the HVAC systems are running efficiently and safely.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Supervise and train junior technicians, providing leadership and guidance.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet the hotel’s operational needs.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maintain guest comfort.
- Respond promptly to any HVAC-related service requests and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Maintain records of work performed, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience as an HVAC Supervisor or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, their components, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is highly desirable.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations.
