A company in Food & Beverage industry is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruitment and Admin Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage recruitment efforts, support administrative functions, and ensure smooth HR operations in our growing F&B business.
Salary 350 KD
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: *
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical positions.
- Conduct onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
- HR Operations: *
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll-related documentation.
- Assist in performance appraisals, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
- Administrative Support: *
- Oversee office administration, including contracts and vendor management.
- Support operational functions to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
- Assist with compliance documentation and report generation as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR and/or administrative roles, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
