A company in Food & Beverage industry is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruitment and Admin Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage recruitment efforts, support administrative functions, and ensure smooth HR operations in our growing F&B business.

Salary 350 KD

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: *
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical positions.
    • Conduct onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
  2. HR Operations: *
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll-related documentation.
    • Assist in performance appraisals, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
  3. Administrative Support: *
    • Oversee office administration, including contracts and vendor management.
    • Support operational functions to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
    • Assist with compliance documentation and report generation as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR and/or administrative roles, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
