A General Trading Company in Al Rai, Kuwait is Looking for a Senior Procurement Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services.
- Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sources for materials.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of required stock.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.
- Analyze market trends and recommend procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
Basic Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in procurement, preferably in mechanical products or related industries.
- Visa: Visa 18 Ahli
