Boushahri Group Medical a leading medical business group in Kuwait, is hiring HR & Payroll Assistant to join their team as an HR & Payroll Assistant and play a key role in supporting our workforce!
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees and facilitate benefits administration.
- Coordinate Corporate Travel Bookings
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or payroll (preferred).
- Knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
