Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple stores.
- Elevate the customer service skills of the team and maintain brand consistency.
- Mentor and develop store supervisors and teams to improve performance and productivity.
- Execute plans to achieve targets including cost control measures and reduce wastage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and maintain high cleanliness and food quality standards across the stores.
Must-Have:
- Managed multiple stores (coffee brand)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in F&B Industry
- Kuwait Driving License
