We are seeking a female candidate with strong organizational and administrative skills for the role of Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling basic office responsibilities, including:

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and managing invoices.
  • Scheduling meetings using Microsoft tools.
  • General administrative tasks such as organizing files, managing office supplies, and coordinating with staff.
  • Providing support to senior management and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus.
  • Transferable residency is required.
  • Must be an Asian national and based in Kuwait.

Working Hours

  • Flexible hours for both full-time and part-time positions.
