Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and managing invoices.
- Scheduling meetings using Microsoft tools.
- General administrative tasks such as organizing files, managing office supplies, and coordinating with staff.
- Providing support to senior management and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus.
- Transferable residency is required.
- Must be an Asian national and based in Kuwait.
