We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrative Coordinator to manage employee documentation, insurance, compliance, and other HR administrative tasks. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions.
- Administer employee insurance policies (life, medical, etc.).
- Manage insurance claims and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Maintain secure and organized employee records.
- Serve as the primary contact for insurance and claims inquiries.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to resolve issues and improve coverage.
- Assist in HR reports, audits, and policy updates.
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor law.
- Design and implement orientation and training programs for new employees.
Career Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, insurance, and compliance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with insurance processes and Kuwait labor law.
- Experience developing orientation and training programs.
