Hiring full time HR Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrative Coordinator to manage employee documentation, insurance, compliance, and other HR administrative tasks. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting employees.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: KWD 400-500 (depending on experience)
Nationality Requirement: Asian candidates
Job Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions.
  • Administer employee insurance policies (life, medical, etc.).
  • Manage insurance claims and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Maintain secure and organized employee records.
  • Serve as the primary contact for insurance and claims inquiries.
  • Collaborate with insurance providers to resolve issues and improve coverage.
  • Assist in HR reports, audits, and policy updates.
  • Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor law.
  • Design and implement orientation and training programs for new employees.

Career Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, insurance, and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes and Kuwait labor law.
  • Experience developing orientation and training programs.
