We are currently seeking a qualified Human Resource Officer (HRIS) to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing and optimizing our HR processes and system.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Automate core HR processes and support benefits administration, time and attendance, payroll, and other HR workflows through HRIS.
  • Ensure accurate storage and management of employee data, including personal, demographic, and company information.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
  • Provide HRIS support and training to staff as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • HRIS certification (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in Kuwait.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Previous experience in an HR department is essential. Compensation & Benefits:
