Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles across different departments.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Assist in onboarding new hires

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and platforms
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices
  • Bilingual (English and Arabic) is a plus
