Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules as needed.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Provide support to various departments with general office duties.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
