We are seeking a motivated HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating job descriptions, defining KPIs, conducting performance appraisals, and managing talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain job descriptions for various roles.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure employee performance.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
- Following the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Foster employee engagement and motivation
- Ensure alignment of talent with organizational goals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Menaitec software is must.
