CAPSAICIN Kuwait Food Group – A leading HoReCa- based food manufacturer in Kuwait is hiring F&B Sales Person (Outdoor Sales).
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage in outdoor sales to build and maintain relationships with HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses).
- Promote and sell our range of high- quality food products to B2B clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and manage client accounts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in F&B sales, preferably in the HoReCa sector in Kuwait.
- Strong knowledge of HoReCa business operations and client needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license and own car preferred.
- Self- motivated, goal- oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be based in Kuwait and ready to join immediately.
