Sales Coordinator (Female) with Basic Accounting Knowledge

We are seeking a female Sales Coordinator with basic accounting knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will strong organizational and communication skills and will be able to efficiently support both sales and accounting function within our company. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

Support the sales team by processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with daily tasks.

Customer Service

Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing timely responses and follow-ups.

Order Processing

Ensure accurate creation and tracking of sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and order fulfillment.

Invoicing & Billing

Assist in preparing and managing basic invoicing and billing procedures, ensuring accuracy transactions.

Accounting Support

Provide assistance with basic accounting tasks such as tracking payments, maintaining records and generating simple financial reports.

Inventory Management

Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are accurate and manage product delivery schedules.

Sales Reporting

Assist in preparing regular sales reports and other related documentation for management.

Qualifications

  • Gender: Female (as per role requirements)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales or coordination role, with some exposure to accounting functions.
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of fundamental accounting concepts such as invoicing, payment and financial tracking.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of accounting software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in language(s).
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in both sales and financial tasks.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
