We are currently seeking an experienced Fit-Out Foreman to manage and oversee interior fit-out projects in Qatar, with a preference for experience in the residential (Villa) sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fit-out activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors and laborers, ensuring effective communication and efficient workflow on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure it meets design drawings and safety regulations.
- Allocate materials, tools, and equipment to maintain project schedules and requirements.
- Address any on-site issues quickly and collaborate with the Project Manager to find solutions.
Qaulifications Required
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Previous experience in Doha or familiarity with regional regulations is an advantage.
- Philippines or Syrian nationals are preferred.
