SimArabia, reputable company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor (Interior) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and sound technical knowledge in material specification. You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all interior fit-out works are completed as per the project plan.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, including AutoCAD designs.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and material procurement lists.
- Monitor work progress, resolve any issues that arise, and report to management on project status.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of material specifications and interior finishes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A valid driving license and the ability to drive a car.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
