A company based in Saudi Arabia specializing in Electro Mechanical Project Constructions is looking for a skilled and experienced CCTV Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of CCTV camera systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of surveillance systems for our clients. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the CCTV field and a Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Communication Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
CCTV System Installation:
- Install and configure CCTV surveillance systems, including cameras, DVR/NVR units, and other related components.
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best placement and configuration of cameras and related equipment.
- Ensure all systems are wired and connected according to technical specifications and safety standards.
Maintenance and Support:
- Perform regular inspections and routine maintenance of installed CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with cameras, cables, monitors, storage devices, and other system components.
- Provide technical support for system upgrades or modifications, as required by clients.
- Keep detailed records of service history, maintenance reports, and client interactions.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
- Diagnose faults and malfunctions in CCTV systems, including cameras, cables, and power supplies.
- Replace damaged or faulty components such as cameras, cables, or DVR/NVR units.
- Offer on-site troubleshooting and remote assistance to clients in case of system failures.
Client Interaction:
- Provide training and technical support to clients on the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Advise clients on system upgrades, improvements, and optimization options to enhance surveillance capabilities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of CCTV systems.
- Proficiency in working with various CCTV systems, including analog and IP cameras, DVR/NVR, and other related components.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
