IT Sales Executive Responsibilities
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present and promote our range of services, including IT products, marketing, branding, and other tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends.
IT Sales Executive Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services (minimum 1 year).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
