Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve premium beverages: Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to meet guest expectations, using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Create an inviting atmosphere: Ensure that the café area is clean, well-organized, and welcoming for all guests, maintaining a high standard of hygiene.
- Deliver exceptional customer service: Provide friendly, attentive service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests, making every coffee experience unforgettable.
- Master coffee knowledge: Stay up to date with coffee trends, brewing techniques, and coffee bean origins, ensuring that you always deliver the best possible product.
- Latte art mastery: Bring artistry to each coffee, creating stunning and unique latte art that not only satisfies but delights guests.
- Guest engagement: Engage with customers about their coffee preferences and share your passion for coffee to create an informative and enjoyable experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Nationality: Filipino
- Iqama: Transferable, no Huroob, and expiration below 6 months
- Appearance: Well-groomed, professional, and approachable
- Communication Skills: Strong command of English with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
- Age Range: 28 to 35 years old
Additional Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is highly preferred.
- A true passion for coffee, with a keen eye for detail, especially in latte art.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment, keeping a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Enthusiasm for creating a welcoming environment and turning coffee moments into memorable experiences.
- A genuine desire to learn and grow in the coffee and hospitality industry.
Location: 5-Star Hotel – Riyadh
Salary: 1500 SAR base salary + 300 SAR food allowance
Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts
