Jadeer Bilaamal for Operation & Maintenance Co. is looking for a dedicated and skilled Office Coordinator to manage and streamline office operations. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who can handle administrative tasks efficiently while communicating effectively in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and manage records, schedules, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documentation.
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Handle inquiries and maintain a welcoming office environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong communication skills in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in office coordination or administration is an advantage.
- Professional attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
