Needed an experienced Safety Supervisor to join the team of a company in the oil and gas sector for Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that safety standards and procedures are strictly followed on-site, with a particular focus on refinery operations. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to on-site.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training to staff on safety protocols, equipment use, and emergency procedures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement preventative measures.
- Monitor safety performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, NEBOSH, and OSHA standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in oil and gas fields.
- NEBOSH & OSHA certified.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Experience working in refinery fields is required.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
Salary
- 8,000 to 10,000 SAR per month, depending on experience.
