We are one of the leading trading firms in Saudi Arabia, and we are currently looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team at our Dammam warehouse office.
As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. The role requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in the company’s database and systems.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across records.
- Handle and process documents related to inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
- Assist in generating reports and managing data for various departments.
- Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely data entry.
Requirements
- Valid transferable iqama.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role (preferably in warehouse or logistics).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
