Job Details
- Position: BMS Engineer (P&L)
- Salary Package: SAR 10,000 to 12,000 (all-inclusive)
- Working Hours: 11 hours per day (10 working hours + 1-hour break)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operation and maintenance of Building Management Systems to ensure peak efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the BMS framework.
- Implement system enhancements and upgrades to improve performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate BMS with other operational systems.
- Analyze system data and provide actionable insights to optimize energy use.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in BMS operations.
- Candidates must be prepared to join within 4 to 5 days of selection.
- A transferable Iqama is essential for all applicants.
- Open to all nationalities.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Strong command over BMS controls, software, and systems. Expertise in energy management and system optimization is a plus.
