Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by exploring the medical equipment sector and actively engaging potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales reports, product presentations, and proposals to clients.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and customer support, to ensure smooth order processing and product delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in medical sales, medical equipment sales, or related fields, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns and objections effectively.
- A deep understanding of the medical equipment market and the ability to stay updated with the latest trends and technological advancements.
- Knowledge of the Dammam region and local market dynamics is a significant advantage.
- Valid Saudi driver’s license and ability to travel within the region.
