As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by generating revenue through proactive sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics and a proven ability to build a robust sales pipeline.  

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients and sales leads in the assigned market, focusing on both new and existing business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, enabling you to tailor product offerings accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Present and promote the products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and aligning with the client’s business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and initiatives to meet targets.
  • Prepare and submit customized sales proposals, presentations, and quotations, following up on leads and inquiries promptly.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the client base and increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead of market changes and identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, consistently contributing to the growth and success of the business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, contacts, client communications, and business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with business objectives and customer needs.

Skills and Qualifications required

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or market.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to make informed sales decisions.
