We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Techno Sales Specialist or Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their technical and business requirements, providing effective solutions, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and software, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Career Responsibilities
- Attend meetings with clients to determine technical and business requirements, ensuring clear documentation and providing suitable solutions.
- Communicate and write technical solutions professionally, meeting target timeframes.
- Strong understanding of software, system analysis, and quality assurance principles.
- Create design mockups and presentations based on requirement understanding, both in advance and post-meetings.
- Work with the product manager to list activities and issues with current products, coordinating with the team for resolutions.
- Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork and keeping colleagues updated on activities.
Career Requirements
- Strong experience and knowledge in presales and the software field.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, with a solid customer base.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Must have a valid and transferable Iqama.
- Educational Background: Bachelor in IT Domain.
