HR & Admin Responsibilities

  • Coordinating recruitment efforts, such as posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, and organizing interviews.
  • Managing and updating employee records and HR databases while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Assisting with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Contributing to the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Addressing employee inquiries related to HR guidelines, benefits, and company policies.
  • Handling payroll preparation and ensuring accurate, on-time processing.
  • Managing rent, utility payments, and document renewals to ensure compliance and timely action.
  • Keeping track of office supplies and ensuring administrative resources are well-maintained.
  • Organizing and coordinating company events, training sessions, and team meetings.
  • Supporting initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Performing general administrative tasks to assist in daily office operations.

HR & Admin Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A high degree of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for team collaboration.
