HR & Admin Responsibilities
- Coordinating recruitment efforts, such as posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, and organizing interviews.
- Managing and updating employee records and HR databases while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Assisting with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Contributing to the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
- Addressing employee inquiries related to HR guidelines, benefits, and company policies.
- Handling payroll preparation and ensuring accurate, on-time processing.
- Managing rent, utility payments, and document renewals to ensure compliance and timely action.
- Keeping track of office supplies and ensuring administrative resources are well-maintained.
- Organizing and coordinating company events, training sessions, and team meetings.
- Supporting initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Performing general administrative tasks to assist in daily office operations.
HR & Admin Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A high degree of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for team collaboration.
