Job Description
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 6 years of relevant technical experience in tender management.
- Experience working in or familiarity with developing countries (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead presentations, conduct training, and manage effective meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the tender submission process, ensuring all documents meet formatting, consistency, and compliance standards.
- Manage and maintain tender-related data and documentation.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to provide guidance on contracts and compliance.
- Ensure all contracts are accurate and complete, including monitoring third-party agreements and liabilities.
- Stay updated on changes in contractual requirements and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrate integrity, independent thinking, sound judgment, and respect for all stakeholders.
